NXT Pathway CIC is proud to deliver the The Safe Space Youth Project, funded by the West Midlands Police and Crime Commissioner.
SafeSpace is a free weekly after school programme for young people in Secondary School Years 7-11, providing a safe, welcoming and supportive environment where young people can relax, have fun, build confidence and access positive opportunities within their local community.
The project is open to young people living in the WV2, WV3 and WV4 areas of Wolverhampton.
What to Expect
What to Expect
At Youth Safe Space young people will have access to:
Gaming activities
Pool and table football
Social and recreational activities
A welcoming space to relax and connect with others
Trusted adults and positive role models
Support, guidance and signposting where appropriate
A free hot meal option at each session
Our aim is to create a positive space where young people feel safe, valued and supported while developing friendships, confidence and resilience.
Who Can Attend?
Who Can Attend?
The project is open to secondary school aged young people in Years 7-11 who live, study or spend time within the WV2, WV3 and WV4 communities.
Young people can self refer, or be referred by:
Parents and carers
Schools and colleges
Community organisations
Partner agencies and professionals

All sessions will be delivered by fully trained, DBS checked and insured staff.
Safeguarding is at the heart of everything we do, ensuring young people can access activities within a safe, supervised and inclusive environment.

The Safe Space Project will operate as a weekly after school programme from September 2026.
Final details, including session times, venue location and registration arrangements, will be released in August 2026.
