NXT Pathway CIC is committed to providing safe, well-managed environments for everyone taking part in our programmes. Health and safety is embedded in our planning, delivery and partnership working.
We take reasonable and proportionate steps to identify and manage risks so activities can be delivered safely and confidently.
We are committed to:

Identifying and managing risks appropriately
Protecting the health, safety and wellbeing of participants, staff and visitors
Working in line with relevant health and safety guidance and legislation
Our health and safety arrangements include:
Risk assessments in place for activities, venues and equipment
Clear supervision and staffing arrangements
Safe use of equipment, including appropriate controls for practical activities
Procedures for accidents, incidents and near misses
First aid provision appropriate to the activity and setting
Where delivery takes place in schools or community venues, we work within agreed site procedures and in partnership with venue providers.
Some programmes include hands on activities, such as food preparation using mini mobile ovens. These activities are:
Age-appropriate and supervised at all times
Delivered in designated areas with controlled access
