NXT Pathway CIC is a community-led organisation supporting children, young people and adults to build skills, confidence and positive pathways for the future.
We exist to remove barriers to opportunity and ensure people can access high-quality enrichment, life skills and personal development support, regardless of background or starting point. Our work is rooted in practical learning, inclusive delivery and strong local partnerships.
We operate across the West Midlands, working closely with schools, families and community venues to deliver programmes that are relevant, accessible and responsive to local need.
