We deliver inclusive programmes focused on practical learning, confidence and progression, including:
Enrichment and life skills for children and young people
Skills and progression support for adults
Hands on learning that builds real world capability
Inclusive delivery shaped by local need
Our programmes are designed to be engaging, relevant and purposeful:
Age-specific sessions, not one size fits all
Hands-on learning, including food skills using mini mobile ovens
“A Day in the Life” speakers who bring real world insight
Extra support for families who need help to access provision
Our work builds confidence, participation and positive progression. We use attendance data, feedback and partner insight to understand what works and continuously improve our delivery.
Safeguarding is central to everything we do. We are committed to creating safe, welcoming and supportive environments where children, young people and adults can take part with confidence.
All delivery is underpinned by robust safeguarding policies and procedures. Staff and facilitators are appropriately trained, DBS checked where required and supported to deliver sessions safely and inclusively.
We work closely with schools, community venues and partners to ensure clear safeguarding arrangements are in place for every programme and we follow local safeguarding guidance at all times.
